Best deal on a great product!
October 3, 2018
My dog has to have K-Citrate to prevent forming stones in his bladder. LOTS of K-Citrate (he's a BIG dog). Giving him K-Plus makes it so easy because he loves these tablets and thinks he's getting special treats. I tested his urine daily for a couple of weeks to determine the dose that would keep him alkaline and now I only have to check it about every two weeks just to make sure the level is still OK. He's taken these tablets for months now and life is so much easier giving him something that he comes running to get. I don't know what I'd do without K-Plus. It's a fantastic product.
Pros
- Keeps my dog alkaline
Cons
- none

Chronic UTIs
August 28, 2017
Our 4 year old lab has chronic UTIs. We bought these because they are cheaper than the Pala-Tech branded product. They are working so far! 2 in the morning, 2 at night for a 65lb lab. We feed Hill's prescription diet c/d, so we backed down on the dosage on this supplement. Our dog eats them like treats!

Great value and works
June 7, 2017
Alfie had bladder stone removal about 3 years ago. Our first bottle of Potassium citrate with cranberry we got from our vet.was pretty expensive. Looked on the internet and found the same pills much cheaper from Entirely Pets at a much lower price. Same ingredients, Couldn't see paying more for the same meds. Thank you No bladder issues as of yet!!

Best Potassium Citrate plus Cranberry product
March 2, 2016
We have used Potassium Citrate plus Cranberry for the last 4 years to alter our dogs urine ph to reduce kidney stone formation. For the first 2 plus years we used a different brand. Our dog is a picky eater and we often had a problem with him refusing to eat the 2 tablets each day. That problem was eliminated when we switched to this brand.

October 8, 2015
Helped my dogs a lot. Had to break up the pills since they were pretty big, but they were soft enough to break by hand easily. When the dogs did not want to chew them up due to lack of teeth, I would crumble it into a powder and sprinkle over their food. Very easy to convert from pill to powder to paste. As previously stated, the only reason it wasn't 5 stars was because of size of the pills but again, was not hard at all to break pill by hand. My 5 year old niece could break them as she would help with dispersing vitamins to all the dogs.

Saved My Dogs Manhood
July 18, 2015
This product and Natural Petz Break It Up saved my little buddy's (Yorkeshire Terrier) male parts. My vet wanted to do a sex change surgery because he was developing stones that he couldn't pass. I did a lot of research and ran for the hills from my vet. I changed his diet, raw freeze dried treats, and his expensive prescription dog food with the 2 supplements. He responded great and we had multiple appointments for x-Rays from a new vet to make sure he was progressing to be stone free. I saved his manhood and a large bill for surgery was avoided.

Recommended by his Vet, to help prevent crystals. It's been a year now since Beau, my Bichon had crystal surgically removed, twice! In the same year! So far, so good! He's been good! Urine is good! PH is good! Flow is good! He takes 2 tabs daily and he's good to go!

Great product. Our Shih-Tzu (Sancho) loves the tablets
January 14, 2015
Our 14yr old Shih-Tzu has occasional urinary problems about every 2-3 months but since we've been using the Potassium Citrate he hasn't had a problem since and seems to have an easier time going to the bathroom. Anytime we miss about a week of the Potassium (for example, if we forget to reorder) he starts to have difficulties again. Great product. Our Shih-Tzu (Sancho) loves the tablets, he thinks they are treats. Only every once in a while he doesn't want one and usually we'll break it up and mix it in his food at that point.

Powerful stuff
January 1, 2015
Potassium Citrate with cranberry is the only product that has worked on my Australian Terrier's bladder stones. After 2 surgeries to remove stones and another non-surgical intervention to expel stones from his bladder, we needed to chart a new course. Our vet suggested potassium citrate. One of these giant pills at each meal (twice a day, that is) was too much for our dog's stomach, so I decreased the dose to a half-pill with each meal. At his next check-up, he was stone-free. Amazing, considering that this had been a problem for years! True, I have to crush up the half pill and mix it with a little broth into his wet food (Royal Canin Urinary SO, which also helps), but that's not a hardship. I credit potassium citrate and the Royal Canin SO for keeping him alive.

Good delivery service of much needed product
May 7, 2014
My Westie has had calcium oxalate stones removed from his bladder and as he is diabetic I can not give him special food for that condition so needed potassium citrate with no sugar as a supplement. Hopefully this will keep his urinary ph just right for avoiding further stones. So far after a month of treatment he has no crystals in his urine so that is a good sign. He loves the tablets and eats them first in his bowl.

please save your money and get granules
October 14, 2013
Really red and smelled potent. although bottle states the pills are chewable, my dog won't go near them. She's almost 40 pounds and the bottle says 1 pill per 20 pounds twice daily. i don't have the time to do the whole routine twice so she gets half the amount a day. in order to get my dog to eat the pills, I crush up the pills and then mix with wet food. I never feed her wet food, so it's getting costly. My dog also has awful gas from eating the wet food I mix in(high quality grain free) with her grain free dry food that I can't wait until I'm done with the bottle.

Great stuff
March 10, 2013
So far this stuff has been great for my dog who has a habit of forming crystals in his bladder. After 2 surgeries to remove them (about 2 or 3 years apart), the vet my dog will probably just keep making the crystals. I make sure my dog drinks lots of water and in the past his urine near the end of a good walk would look a little rusty indicating irritation of the bladder lining by the crystals. Since using this product- his urine has been clear at the end of his walks! I really think this stuff is great!

Works Well for My 15yr Old Dog
February 13, 2013
My Senior Yorkie, Alf, is prone to bladder stones and after 2 surgeries it was recommeneded I use Pottassium Citrate to acidify his urine as diet change was not an option w/multiple pets. This is to help prevent stone formation. With 1/2 tablet 2x daily, this has brought his ph balance from 5.0 to 6.0 within 3 weeks. We have upped him to 3/4 tablet 2x daily to hopefully increase the ph balance to 6.5-7.0. He loves these chewables and they are very easy to split into halves and quarters.

K-Plus Works Great
October 24, 2012
K-Plus does what it is supposed to for my dog (increase his pH). He thinks they are treats so no problem getting him to eat them. He used to be on prescription Potassium Citrate tablets, and when the price of them more than doubled, I switched. I have seen no difference in effectiveness so I would consider trying them and saving yourself $$$$.
