This stuff is worth every penny! We bought a house and the previous homeowners had 2 cats. After demoing the floors it still had a cat urine odor that was trapped in the cement. We sprayed the urine off directly to the concrete using a pump sprayer and allowed to air dry. No more urine smell! We did not add anything to the solution!!!!! Our house is 2200 sq feet used 6 bottles on fan spray setting to wet the concrete until it no longer soaked in( saturated the floor).

Used an entire jug of this on a spot where the previous home owners cat used the bathroom quite a few times. Smell was gone for a day but quickly returned to full power. Had to remove the flooring in that room and re do it all

I used UrineOFF on the porch weather mats where the cat had sprayed and it definitely removed the odor. The odor has not returned and the cat has not sprayed on the mats or anywhere else on the porch.

This was used in a12 x 14 bedroom. I would say that the max coverage would be 200'. This was applied over dry concrete.I had to rip out the old carpet and pad as the cat smell was so bad. I tried several other products and nothing worked. I don't know if this would work on carpet or not. Once the smell gets into the carpet pad and then down into the concrete floor it's very hard to remove. Maybe a small area could be cleaned but you will have use enough to clean the carpet, pad and concrete floor as well.

If you are searching for this type of cleaner, then you can appreciate the soul-crushing stench of cat pee. Cat pee can make you rethink your life in ways you never though you would. Well I have a boy cat that likes to pee on the sofas when he feels no one is claiming them enough. He's like, "You guys busy? Don't worry! I got this!" We had to get rid of a sofa two weeks after it came because even the pros couldn't fix it. Well this stuff saved our other sofa. And it smells great. Super fresh without being overwhelming. Very happy. And relieved.

Better than others I have used

Purchased Urine Off after doing a little online research and I'm happy I did. My male cat had recently become ill and stopped using his litter box entirely. My hallway carpeting reeked of urine. So, I applied Urine Off per directions and some of the odor abated. It was necessary to apply a second coat but the product DOES work.

My garage was basically ruined with cat pee smell from previous owners. I did paint every single wall and then let this stuff sit all over the floors then painted the garage floor and the smell is gone! This stuff leaves a very clean fresh scent.

Legit smelled worse after use. That smell faded now back to getting out the urine smell

This is the best product I have found to deal with pet odors.

Has a nice fragrance to it. Seemed to work, but I might need to order another gallon. Over priced in my opinion, $35.00 + per gallon is way too expensive.

The stuff is fantastic! Reading the other reviews, I was skeptical about buying this. I have two litter boxes in my basement, and 3 cats. One of my cats had a problem, and started peeing all over the concrete around the boxes. As much as I tried to clean it, the smell of ammonia would hit you in the face as you came down into the basement. We swept the floor and then poured this directly onto the concrete. We scrubbed with a broom, and let dry. Afterwards you couldn't even tell that there were litter boxes in the basement. It's amazing! I will be purchasing again and again! You won't be sorry!

Only thing I've found that eliminates nasty cat pee smell. It does't just cover the smell with perfume. The slight scent of the product is pleasant and not overwhelming.

My husband and I had to move into our second bedroom, as the renter in our home before the sale had many cats, and the smell of urine had been masked by new carpeting for the sale of our new home. Let me tell you, regrets on this new home began to fill our emotions. We stripped the new carpeting out, we removed the new carpet pad. We removed 24 inches of drywall, as the urine was in the drywall and the baseboard of the framing of the wall. We removed 24 inches of fiberglass insulation. We tried Petsmart's Nature's Miracle first, then after weeks, the stench of urine did not leave. We tried Clorox Bleach, then pool bleach, first ten percent and then fifty percent. We tried Dawn Dishsoap with Hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and four gallons of vinegar, TSP (trisodium phosphate). We no longer could sleep in our bedroom. We called for a restoration company while ordering Urine Off, but the company never called back. So I tried "this stuff". (Money back guarantee, yeah, I was thinking, how can cat urine be gone? Ever?) Urine Off took away the smell by the first application. Yes. So, I first used four cups. I never smelled urine again. I reapplied it the next day, and the next day. I got down on my knees and inhaled. Nothing in the wood, nothing in the concrete (that is all that is left of our bedroom). Took three applications, but urine smell finally gone. Directions state it might take additional applications, so no fault of product, actually outperformed everything else I've tried.

There is no strong scent. I was expecting it to nauseate me but its a very light smell you can barely detect. Since you have to saturate the area, I went through the whole jug in three corners. It also didnt make the urine smell any worse for me. I really dont know if it works.. I think I was very used to the smell in my house since i didnt know my cat was ruining a couple corners. I will purchase again though. Better than nothing.

This product is amazing. It not only got rid of the strong cat odor, but left a very pleasant odor. I am very please.

Best stuff on the market for cat urine smells. With 3 cats and 1 who is very fussy about the litter boxes (ie - uses the carpet if they are even a little smelly) this product works wonderfully. 1000% recommend.

Best product Ive used so for -- doesn't have an awful smell. But in severe cases it isn't working either. Vacationed for 2 weeks and this is not getting the smell out - had to cut the carpet out. But treated flooring with it before sealing concrete. worked for smaller areas

I have spent hundreds of dollars on cleaner to eliminate cat urine. One of the was 50 bucks for a gallon! I'm dealing with a stressed out kitty to sprays in doors, curtains and the back of my couch. During a vet visit my vet suggested urine off. I can't believe it. I covered and sprayed all the spots and I stuck my nose right to them... nothing! All I smell is clean. I am so thankful this product exists and hope that my kitties meds solve the problem long term!

Urine Off for cats as removed stains and order from most items: leather couch, bedroom wall, tile/grout and cabinet door.

Much to my incredible disappointment, this stuff is useless. Masks odor for a few days with an awful and intense flowery, lavender like smell; then it returns with a vengeance THOUGH EVEN WORSE. Useless as a stain remover. This stuff is garbage.

I really wanted this stuff to work, but so far I'm not sure that it does. Yes, SOME of the urine odor has been dissipated, but it hasn't completely disappeared by a long shot. I'm beginning to doubt that ANY product out there is actually effective (and I've used a lot of them), which is kind of astounding with all of the "technology" they ALL claim they've mastered. At this point, I have nothing to lose, so I'll keep applying it until the last container is empty--- but I don't have much hope it'll make much difference....

Works effectively in removing the cat urine smell and the cats cannot smell any trace. This has prevented our cats from peeing in that area again.

I really like this product for odor neutralization, the only downside is that it has to be used full strength and when a cat urinates on a blanket or bedding, it uses a lot of product to soak the item in.

I have an old basement with a crumbly cement floor. My cats love to pee among the rubble. Can't seem to stop them. This product is wonderful for splashing on the puddles I can find. I just let it evaporate. No odor. No stain left behind. I haven't tried it on anything but cement floors. But I highly recommend it for that purpose.
