I'm not sure if this is just my cat being weird but I put a squeeze on her tongue as directed and she immediately vomited all aver my carpet. I won't be buying this again!

My cat has had sneezing and runny eye issues since I got him. He's been tested for feline diseases and that wasn't the problem so the Vets agreed it's allergies (can cats be allergic to people, LOL?) I have used antihistamines in the past with no real results so one Vet suggest a lysine supplement. I tried a different one that was maple flavored (why??) and my finicky cat didn't like it, had to put it in a syringe and shoot it into his mouth. This salmon flavored one he with lick off my fingers or a spoon so he thinks he's getting a treat. The sneezing isn't completely gone, changes in the seasons affect him just they do me. But his eye that constantly had “eye boogers†collecting in the corner is mostly gone and the sneezing seems to be less frequent and not quite so “snotty.â€Â

My cat liked the taste of this product salmon flavor over the other flavor I can see why because it was more creamy and he found it more desirable. It works great just have to give twice a day to get the full benefit so it will work. Costly but I want my fur baby to be well.

I just adopted a 3-month-old kitten from a rescue who ended up having a respiratory virus. Of course, this infected my senior indoor cat. I gave them both this as a supplement while they were getting better and if I mixed it up into their wet food they would eat it but they were less enthusiastic about the food. They also didn't want to take it directly, so I'm guessing they don't like the flavor or it smells funny. So, you can sneak it into food and it works but it's not as convenient as I thought it would be for a paste in a tube.

My cats really don't like the taste. I have to mix in tuna water from canned tuna.

This is salmon flavor. The only lysine I can get my cats to take. All the malt and maple flavors turn them away.

I was hopeful, it's salmon flavored but she acted like she was gagging and trying to spit it out I went back to Virasyl. It's maple flavored and that makes no sense for cats but she'll eat it at least

Within just a week of starting use, my cat is sneezing less and her fur has become SIGNIFICANTLY softer! 10/10 every cat parent should use this!

I'm sure it is a wonderful product but my cat refuses to eat it.

My cats have allergies, sneezing, little leaky eye stuff. I just follow the directions and at has made a big difference.

Flick it right off. All over the walls and floors but love eating it off my fingertip every night. Two of my kids are going through a rough bout of respiratory infection. My vet today approved this when I showed her. I've been using this now one week and so far it seems to be slowing the sneezing and coughing bouts. Since it's been about 2 years since their last major attack of feline herpes I didn't have any lysine on hand. They prefer this over the tablets or paste.

Tube package is a neat and convenient way to dispense this product. Quality ingredients and appearance. Appreciate that this product is available for cats as they can be unpredictable about supplements to their diet.

Our cat loves it. Unfortunately I won't buy it again until the price goes down. It has gone up $12 for a package of 3 since I last bought it in March. I don't understand why there was such a big jump on price.

My kitty has had a runny nose and sneezes for a while now and this stuff helps so much. He loves the flavor and waits patiently for his next dose. good stuff

Our 5 month old kittens that will eat literally anything won't touch this stuff. We even tried mixing it with Churu and they still refused to eat it. Waste of money. Good idea in concept but not worth the money if the cats won't eat it.

It was shipped quickly. But my cat won't lick it. Not even by putting it on fur, she can whip it off. I gave to dog who eats everything and she walked away. There is zero return policy. Therefore I do not recommend trying this product.

She's got herpes and use this to counter act the eye boogers. The maple gel I have to force feed (with kindness of course) but I tried approaching her nonchalantly with this salmon flavor stuff and she will often lick it up herself. A miracle (!) because she's needs it almost daily.

Reasonable price and easy to mix with wet food. Cat eats readily.

My cat who likes salmon flavored things won't touch this. He has been eating a different brand that was maple flavored with no issue. Also it is not eligible for return so was a complete waste of my money.

Good price. Salmon flavor which one of my cats will eat, which makes it easier to give.

My cats love the maple flavored lysine gel but wouldn't touch this product. Salmon flavored. Had to return snd order the expensive maple flavored. Too important to skip. Keeps both cat's eyes clear of drainage.

My cat won't eat it.

Cat loves it licks it off of my fingers and it helps with his immune system. He was a diabetic and I firmly believe it was from using a competitors that had sugar in it maple flavoring. It was a fluke they ran out of that 1 so I tried this 1 and my cat is no longer on insulin!

Felisyl gel for cats is a big tube at great price. This helps keep my cats healthy when they start to get a cold.

My cat normally likes the maple flavored gelbut it was out of stock, so I took a chance on this salmon flavored cream, and I'm very lucky because my cat loves it.

History: My 8-year-old cat Sylvester was born in the woods and rescued about the age of 4 weeks. He has a severe case of feline herpes. I have used various products for him over the years, but anyone who knows cats knows they will only be cooperative if they approve of what you give them. No one wants to force their cat to take their medication.This product: This Felisyl was advertised as a tasty maple gel (but on the tube, it says salmon gel). That would provide all the same benefit that Viralys would give. First and for most... it's a paste, not a gel. Secondly, the salmon flavor is non-existent. It smells like some form of odd plastic scent. My cat couldn't run fast enough away from this product. I force-fed him one dose and he gagged so much he threw up. No way. I will never put him through that again. How awful. I am returning it.

Not only does this product cost less but my cat loves it. My cat has upper respiratory problems and this product deff made a diff after the first use. He had symptoms atleast every 2 days but since using this product he has been symptom free going on 2 weeks now.i love this product

I thought this was the maple gel. No where in the description Does it state this is salmon flavored. My cat will only eat the maple. A complete waste of money.

My cat ate this paste once when i hid it in his favorite wet appetizer food. He was not fooled again - the flavor doesn't do it for him. His favorite has been on backorder, but I've found it a few places after searching around. I have started putting this on the treats i leave out for the neighborhood strays and ferals, and even they don't care much for it.

My cat will not take this. We were using another brand that smelled sweeter than this brand. He will not eat this. I ordered more of the other kind (Viralys) even tho it is a little pricey. Less expensive than vet bills!!

The gel is very thin and slides. Messy.
