I saved my carpet and about 3000.00 using this product. Older cat started peeing in a room no one went into it so no one knew there was a problem until the smell started invading the other rooms. We had it professionally cleaned twice and it still smelled. Soooooo we tried it not knowing if it would really remove the smell and spots. It took repeated treatments and a miracle happened!! This is amazing and works like it describes!!!!!!!!!If feeling skeptical, just take a chance, especially if you have nothing else to lose but that ever lingering horrible cat urine odor. If, u know what I'm talking about then u will buy it with no regrets.

Effective. Had a major cat and dog urine problem in my recently purchase house. I had to apply it several times in the basement (carpet over concrete), but the odor is gone and hasn't reappeared yet. The seller told me I erred in wet Vacuuming the floor, as it spread the urine around. Important to cover it after application so that it doesn't evaporate before the enzymes eat the urine. I found that in my appliaction, a heavy dosing was necessary to get through both the carpet and into the porous concrete below. Recommended.

This stuff has saved me more times than I'd like to admit. My kitty has some issues (past crystals and he's a butthead) so if he gets sick and pees where he isn't supposed to (right NEXT to the litter box typically) I can clean it up- the butthead part is if he feels neglected he will do whatever he can for attention.... Needless to say this product has saved THREE rugs and a towel. Amazing product, I will be a continued supported of this product as long as I have my lovable squeezable kitty cat â¤ï¸Â

This absolutely works. Our new kitten had gotten scared and wee'd on our beautiful futon pads.On recommendation of our vet we purchased the urine OFF and followed the directions exactly.We are using the pads again, in the house, with NO smell at all!!! Thank you for this great product.

I love this product. When my local pet supplier stopped carrying it, I tried every other product they had. Several attempts with other products never worked as well as this one. We have a cat who has gone on the carpet in one spot over and over and on hard surfaces like the bathroom floor and our hardwood. This product works way better than anything else so far. We have had to use 2 or 3 applications in an area that the cat had used a few times, but it did get the smell out. I can't say it keeps the cat from using that spot again. The only thing I have tried and seems to deter the cat from a particular area is if I spray orange oil around an area she has used. Just a thin film of orange oil and she stops using that spot.

This product is expensive, no matter what the brand, considering it's probably very cheap to make. First application seemed to work much better than the Nature's Miracle competitor I had been using. Slight pleasant smell helps too.

vet recommended this for puppy accidents and it is terrific! gets stains out and no smell as a result. Tried other cleaners and none take out stain and smell quite like this. Vet recommended cat urine remover as cat urine has a much strong smell so for those cute little pups this is wonderful This is my third purchase of the product and this time I went for the gallon jug I like it so much

I really like the way this works. I have scrubbed down walls, furniture, and floors. It doesn't leave a residue like some others do, it smells fresh, and under black light, the urine stains are completely gone! I will be purchasing this product again!!........and soon, I'm almost out already!!

WORKS! Thank goodness finally...although, I lifted the carpet, replaced the tack strip, and literally poured this everywhere, but it worked.

Maybe my cat just has super urine, but it hasn't removed spots and smells from old urine stains completely even after multiple soaks. It's obviously an improvement, but not 100% gone. If I manage to use it immediately after he has sprayed, it works fantastic.

Omgosh, it worked, it really worked! I'm in shock, WOW. I will buy more in case of future "mishaps" because this takes the cat pee smell totally away. I just followed the instructions. I really love the scent too, SO fresh and clean smelling. Amazing. Recommend 100%.

I've heard great things from others, and this definitely helps with the odor! Easy to use. Not offensive smelling. Unfortunately, our cat continued to urinate inappropriately and we needed more than this to help him. Great size!

It worked like it said it would, had to treat the area twice, this was at a rental property and the smells was quite bad. Only thing I would ad is be careful not to inhale the product i should have wore a mask when applying it.

This is the BEST urine treatment product I've ever used. It really works. It's best if no other product has been used to try to clean up a stain, but it will still do a good job if that's not the case, you may need to treat it a couple of times. My cat only veterinarian referred me to this product.Highly recommended!

This stuff works!

We gave 4 stars as it took multiple applications to fully remove the cat urine odor in our area rug, however it was definitely worth it as it saved a fairly new $500 rug. There was one additional instance of one of our cats urinating on the rug again, so we worried the chemicals in out that were supposed to act as a deterrent weren't working. However after cleaning the last mess, there have been no more incidents. Yay!

For a pee-stained mattress, you'll need more than one bottle. I used this one on a cat pee-stained mattress, and after letting it dry for a week it still smelled bad. I used a second bottle of this size of some other product, Nature's Miracle I think--just because it was available in town, and the mattress is as good as new.

I've tried many products including peroxide with vinegar which is supposed to be a great odor remover.I also have used baking soda and vinegar and this product worked much better. And the price was good

This proves one pet's odor is not the same as another. So those of us who have both cats and dogs you need to double team the carpet. And for those who have lizards and snakes running through their carpet what do you use?

It gets the urine smell out and the crystals become history, I injected it in my carpet with a syringe and haven't had any more probems

Urine Off was recommended to me, and I agree that it is effective. I am careful to follow the instructions to apply the product, then place a weighted cover over the area for 48 hours to keep it from drying out before the enzymes have sufficient time to work.

Used it on a concrete balcony that had been basically used as a giant litter box for two years plus. Smell is gone, able to sit out there now and enjoy the evenings. Would definitely recommend.

After several treatments, following the instructions on the container, I still see (and smell) stains.I use a black light to find the areas that need to be treated on my carpet, and even after several treatments and soaks and even washing with a carpet cleaner - the stains have faded, but they're still there.I went through 80% of this bottle rather quickly. It's pricey.It does smell better than most urine cleaners I've used, though.

Very interesting. OK, I am crazy and shampoo my carpets about once a week because one of my dogs was messed up when I got her and couldn't figure out how to go outside. So with a back story of going as far as bleaching my carpets, I've tried everything in every combination.I've used this product as a Last ditch effort because I moved into a house whos cats used it as a bathroom, it smells like, for years.I used it in the garage, at the garage landing to the stairs which has carpet, and on a 7 by 7 square foot area that, I've been keeping covered with a tarp and then a rug because the smell was so bad and I couldn't function as a person.In the garage, not so much. It dried too fast and I didn't cover it with a tarp or anything. On the landing. I literally poured it on a stair and then carpet cleaned the rest with the solution, and covered it with a towel and a rug. Two days later, still damp, pulled the towel off and washed it, the area dried, and the smell is gone.The seven by seven area, not as lucky. I washed it with the carpet cleaner and covered it with tarp and the rug that has been covering it. Pulled, it up, still damp, and smelled like a dead pig. It's probably because it received zero air and it at least needs a little air.I washed it again with the carpet cleaner and am still keeping it covered with the tarp (without a rug on top) and I'll check on it in a couple days.It doesn't do much for the actual visibility of the stains, but these are stains that any normal person would have just ripped up the carpet and started over. I've gotten over that. It's not my house and I'm already paying a couple thousand a month in rentI'm just trying to deal with the smell, and the smell on the stairs is gone.So if this works like 70% wise on the stain in the family room, I'll accept that as a win. And keep buying it. Nature's miracle doesn't work. Hydrogen peroxide vinegar that whole jam, doesn't work. Bleach, oxy clean and detergent (works like 50%). I've used other enzyme cleaners from Walmart and homedepot and they don't work. I literally was going to buy new carpet but it's seriously not my problem. I just don't want a headache in my own home and can deal with covering the areas with carpet remnants that I got from the equivalent to goodwill if the smell will leave.

This is the best remedy for eliminating cat urine odors. Unhappily, I have a couple of cats that occasionally feel the need to "mark or spray". This product has totally cut the odor which reduces spraying. I have used other products, but this is great and it also reduces and/or eliminates stains. I truly enjoy my cats and I would never think of getting rid of them due to their problem. Their behavior continues to improve.

This product works the best for getting rid of Cat Urine odor. After MUCH research I found best way to use this stuff is to get a turkey baster (yes!!!) and put it on the carpet with that so it gets down to pad. Then take a crappy towel and soak it in hot water, squeeze the excess water out, and fold up and lay on spot (push down firmly on carpet) and leave it for about 24 hours. When you lift the towel up you will see the urine stain on it. repeat until you don't see the stain on there. I don't smell it after that.

I really like this stuff. Has a nice scent to it, better than some others I have used. There are a few spots in my house that I think one of my cats keeps revisiting so I don't really think it helps with re-marking but with one time messes it really gets the urine smell out.

What a difference! Used on the cement floor in my father's basement after months if not more than a year of his kitty using the floor as his litter box! The urine smell was overwhelming and very embarrassing. I followed instructions and repeated heavy coverage a second time. The difference was amazing! This product has a pleasant scent which made it even better. great product, I highly recommend!
