These are so helpful when you need your cat to take medication. My cat sreams for it when I get home after work.I need to do this every day! Whew!

At the beginning, it was great, but after a short while my cat decided she would not eat the pill pockets. We are now giving the pills in real tuna :)

Have used these for years, except those years when the taste got really bad. Now they are good again. Easy to divide to administer smaller pills, stops a scratchy pill from lodging in throat, and best of all, the pocket helps me to know if they manage to push it out of their mouth or not with their tongue. My poor cat has advanced heart disease and because of this require 5 pills a day. I was trying to drop these in her mouth one or two at a time sometimes with success other times needed to repeat it over and over. Then I purchased these pill pockets, best thing I could have done. Greenies Pill Pockets (in any flavor) work great. Our cats like the flavors and the pill is easily concealed in these pockets allowing the cat to eat it without rejecting it.

My Vet had suggested using pill pockets for my cat. She was taking her pills okay, but as time went on she was getting better and better at dropping them back out onto the floor. To get my cat used to Pill Pockets I fed him one or two empty, as a treat, then filled a couple with a bit of meat. Those were eaten right away. Had to cut the tapeworm pill in half as Pockets are way too small to fit the the whole thing; pinched them shut carefully so as not to "contaminate" them with pill smell but they were still a way more difficult sell. He ate one half the same day; the other half pill sat around for days so I'm hoping the cumulative effect is to get rid of the worms. The product is a great idea for cats that gobble down food but not so much for a careful eater.

My cats love them and would eat the entire bag. However, the pouch is not quite big enough for most pills and they seem to crumble when trying to pinch the top shut. Have to really work with each one to get the crumbs around the pill enough to fool them. They're smart enough to know that, if they detect and spit the pill out, they'll get another treat. :) They just need to make these a little bit bigger and gooier for them to be perfect, but at least they WORK!

This product has made my life much easier. My cat needs to take a pill twice a day. Before I learned about pill pockets, getting the meds in her was quite difficult and not always successful. Now, however, because she really likes the chicken flavored pocket and views it as a treat, she gets her meds more regularly and with far less trauma for both of us.

My dog likes the flavor. I use Greenies everyday. My dog likes variety, so I use other flavors to mix it up for her.

My cat is on thyroid medicine, so my friend recommended using these because that's what she pills her cat with and has success. No way, wouldn't touch the pill pocket with the pill inside no matter what. So, Gerber Baby food age 2, chicken, which has no onion is what I pill my pets with.

This products works well if you have to give your kitty daily pills. Make sure to keep package sealed up tight, if pills get stale they don't work as well. Follow instructions on inserting the pill into the pocket. I use a pointed spoon and never touch the pill.
