One of my dogs tends to form tarter and these sticks have really made a difference. They love chewing on them and I feel really good knowing that they won’t choke on these like regular rawhide.These sticks break into pieces as they chew them, so nothing gets caught in their throats.

I always PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR SHIPPING (2-4) DAYS. THIS LAST TIME IT TOOK 10 DAYS TO GET HERE. I feel that is TOTALLY WRONG to pay and then not get it for 10 days. Very upset by this.

Our pup has tartar shield every other evening and even gets a little peanut butter on the end! PLEASE do not give peanut butter unless it's with REAL sugar. The other evenings we give her teeth a little brush .. which she hates. Vet says she's doing well so all of us are happy!!!

Tartar Shield Soft Rawhide Chews work great! Our Vet even commented on how they are helping with tartar build-up. My dog is a picky eater but he loves the bacon flavor and looks forward to his evening treat.

My dog loves them and I like the fact they break up into digestible pieces so he doesn't swallow the whole rawhide chew.

These chews are the perfect consistency. They are not too hard for my little yorkie, but hard enough that he has to chew and get his back teeth involved and cleaned in the process! My only complaint is that sometimes pieces break off, and I get nervous he may choke on them if he doesn’t chew it enough.

I think they are expensive but the dog goes nuts when she sees the package or when we go to the cabinet where they are kept. Will buy again.

This is a very good product for helping to keep your dogs teeth and gums cleaner and improve the breath. I've used it for many years and found it to make a positive difference. My dogs have liked it and look forward to it as a treat every day.

Our Pomeranian loves these chews. Before these chews, her breath would start getting bad about 6 months after she got her teeth cleaned. At her 1 year checkup, vet said she didn't need her teeth cleaned. She had to stay at the vet a couple of days while we were out of town. I asked vet to check ger teeth and he said they were still good. That was 18 months.

My dogs love these chews and I really like that these are more easily digestible than the pieces of rawhide. Sometimes my older dog has problems swallowing the rawhide pieces in other products, but she has no problems with these nice "logs". Great for keeping their teeth clean and gives the dogs something they look forward to mid-day.

I have purchased these rawhides for a couple of years now at the recommendation of my veterinarian. I have 2 Havanese, and one of them has required a teeth cleaning annually. This year was the first year she did not need to have her teeth cleaned. She gets half of a rawhide every day and 2 large kibble of tooth diet per day for her teeth. I admit I am terrible at cleaning her teeth, so I attribute the reduced tartar to the Tartar Shield along with the Science Diet tooth diet. I wish I had been informed the last order was backordered at the time of purchase. I was not informed of the backorder for quite some time, and it took several weeks to actually receive the product.

We give these chews as treats, to our 7 year old Italian Greyhound. This breed is notorious for problems with teeth, thus clean teeth is essential. The chews provide good gum stimulation, and also seem to help keep tartar buildup under control.

These were recommended by my dog's dentist after removal of many of her teeth. They are soft enough for dogs with dental issues, yet offer tartar control. Plus, my dog loves them. She gets one as a treat just before bedtime. The small size is perfect for my 25 lb. dog.
